Your Feedback on LMV Clinic Operations

To make each LMV cllinic better than the last we need the observations and ideas of the people who do the work — our dedicated LMV volunteers. While the trip is still fresh, we'd like you to complete a short survey (5 minutes or less, we promise!) and let us know what worked well and what you would like to see improved.

The first 5 questions in the survey are short-answer. The remaining questions (optional) seek your narrative views of the clinic. Please write anything you like, but be as specific as possible.
