- combined online forms for Trip Waitlist + Trip Registration >> Trip Sign Up... part of an overall and continuing effort to simplify epaperwork for Trips

- implemented concept of "affiliates"... non-LMV members who participate in LMV clinics (e.g. UNLV dental students at Oasis) -- of the 79 "sign ups" for Oasis, 32 were affiliates

- enhanced various Trip Coordinator functions (righthand column at Command Central)... planning centers for Oasis, Mexico, and International... including access to village/clinic stats, Dues Status, Trip Waivers, and Passport info* (e.g. for eAPIS filing; *requires "admin" login)
- all chapter payments (dues, trip expenses) now on PayPal
- used website, trip database, and web conferencing for Trip Planning - Mexico 2011/2012
- implemented LMV Clinic Operations survey
- implemented auto-reminders for Clinic Operations and Pilot Performance surveys and for soon-to-expire membership dues (for members not on PayPal subscription)
LMV Databases -- enhancements and status
- usage of LMV databases:
- Roster Database: most chapters need to update (and keep up-to-date) membership status (active, inactive) and dues status (paid on, paid via)
- Trip Planning: all chapters using for all upcoming trips
- Trip Sign Up: vast majority of travelers now signing up online
- Trip Waivers (for LMV-piloted flights only): all now being submitted online
- Trip Reports: usage up in all chapters, although could be submitted more quickly following trip... important for tracking #patients served
- Pilot Reimbursement: usage up in all chapters
- Traveler Per Diem: usage up in all chapters
Database Statistics
The following statistics are extracted in realtime from the LMV online databases:

- traffic (visits/week) trending up nicely (+35% from last year)
- good and improving average time-on-site (increased from 4 minutes to 5 minutes over past year)
- visits from all US states, 84 Mexican cities, and 138 countries
Facebook Page Status
- fan base has grown steadily to now 555 fans
- our fans are becoming more frequent visitors (see above graph of monthly active users)
- 73% of fans are under 45 years old (unchanged from Jun-2011)
- now targeting 750 fans... ratio of total fans to members should be ~2:1... tell your friends, and their friends!
Future Efforts
- Corporate & Webmaster will continue to look at ways to simplify all epaperwork
- Ongoing: Chapters requested to keep Roster Database up-to-date to reflect membership status (active, inactive) and dues status (paid on, paid via) -- please STOP using local spreadsheets and maintain your roster ONLY online

Chapters strongly encouraged to emphasize payments via PayPal (dues, trip expenses)>> benefits: higher percentage of dues renewals (they auto-renew) and reduced effort chasing down renewals
