Note: PayPal payments do NOT automatically connect to the LMV database. Therefore when the chapter treasurer receives an email notification-of-payment from PayPal, he/she should immediately register this payment in the database as noted below:

- Trip Expenses paid?
- Pilot Reimbursement requests | Details (pull down Auto Filters to chapter) | Fuel/Misc Costs over Time
- Traveler Per Diem requests (pull down Auto Filters to month/year)
